Insurance Repair Estimates using Xactimate
The insurance repair estimates are in place to give you a very accurate report using the newest version of Xactimate® estimating software, with the newest price list available for your zip codes. Most insurance companies use the Xactimate estimating software to write their estimates, so using the same software program can give you a better claim approval rate. I have done thousands of these estimates and know where the adjusters like to leave certain items out. I add all of the necessary parts in to give you some negotiating room on your estimate. I can't gaurentee that the insurance company is going to pay for all of the items I add, but it's always best to have everything in there to maximize your final agreed upon claim amount.
